Programs for established companies seeking to innovate

To continuously innovate is of paramount importance for companies of any size, age, location, or industry sector. Neglecting to do so, and failing to anticipate future trends, can pose existential risks to any company. We are all witnesses to astounding changes of corporate fortunes as technology-driven, corporate newcomers overtake many long-established companies in performance and market value.

We organize open innovation programs for small groups of senior executives with the goal to enrich their thinking, broaden their exposure to industry leaders and instill the concept of new and diverse types of collaboration. Respecting the busy schedules of senior executives, programs are condensed to typically 3-5 days and could cover topics such as:
