About the Programs

Conducted several one-week intensive training programs for select companies held in Vilnius, a with focus on hands-on pitch & communication – skills training, business strategy for US markets, 1:1 coaching etc., followed by remote mentoring and one-week visits to Boston for expert feedback sessions, partnering and match-making meetings. Industry sectors ranged from photonics, IoT, diagnostics and forestry, to artificial intelligence, analytics platforms, food-tech and more. Following the programs, a subsegment of the groups was selected for further coaching and US market entry support.

Held fully virtual programs (due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions) including presentation training, one-on-one feedback sessions, discussions on US funding opportunities etc. Part of the group was selected to move to the next phase for more intense coaching and virtual meetings with potential partners, clients and investors.
